NOTICE – REFUND OF FEES
Refund of fee of discontinued students:
The refund of fee of the candidates who have cancelled their admission from various B.Tech. Programmes/MSc. Photonics/B.LET (CAT 2015) have been sanctioned by the University, Cheques will be dispatched/amount transferred to the eligible candidates on or before 20th December 2015. Those who have not submitted the Pre-stamped receipt should submit the same along with original fee payment chalan to "The Director, IRAA, CUSAT, Kochi – 682022 for effecting the refund.
Excess fee refund:
The University order regarding the refund of excess fee remitted by the students is also published. Eligible students should submit the pre-stamped receipt to the Department concerned for getting the refund amount.
Refund of fee of Academic Programmes other than B.Tech/MSc. Photonics/B.LET :
Candidates are requested to contact the concerned Department. The sanction order in this regard will be issued from the Academic Wing of the University and there after the amount will be refunded from the departments concerned from were the candidate has discontinued the course.
